Over the last few months we here at flux have been very busy developing a slew of new features to provide you with more options than ever when you create your connected communities, so it's been a while since we last posted. We’re very excited to relaunch our newly simplified publisher sign-up and announce that not only have thousands of publishers built sites using flux, but we’ve grown to over 11 million registered users!

What have we been up to, you ask? Well, we have launched new profiles that really put the focus of your community’s activity around the content that they share. We've given you more options to create new types of special users that you can highlight and feature throughout your site - whether they are recording artists, featured bloggers, comedians, or anything else you can think of. We’ve made major improvements to how you manage your community and content and we’ve updated our API  with extensive new capabilities. We've launched groups functionality that promote content sharing amongst your most active users. And most importantly we’ve continued to evolve the many ways you can connect your community to others.

We’ve also been busy launching more of MTV Networks' sites influx. We’re happy to say that now more than 65 MTV Networks and Viacom sites are using flux as their social platform, including MTV.com, Vh1.com, MTVMusic.com, ComedyCentral.com, Jokes.com, TheDailyShow.com, ColbertNation.com, JackassWorld.com, BET.com, & 106andPark.com, to name just a few.

Also during this time, flux has played a critical role in supporting the on-air programming efforts of our many brands, including powering the social components of the MTV Movie Awards, CMT Awards, BET Awards, F’N MTV, and much more.
