It’s possible (via FML/DAAPI):
to request and to show tags for the content detailed or user detailed requests;
to request and to show list of tags for different content types (e.g. tags for videos, photos, posts, etc);
to request and to show content (of the specified type) which have specified tag(s)
But, now, it’s not possible to show tags via FML/DAAPI for items in the list.

Categories in FLUX don’t have tags.
