My apologies. There was an issue with setting the permission, but I have re-enabled your permissions to give you Developer Pane now. It could take a little bit of time to appear on your site, but you should see the Developer Panel option under Community Manager>Customize by tomorrow. If you do not, please let us know.

It is about:
A special page called “Developer Pane” is where all aggregated information about all customizable elements are gathered. In the developer pane, you can access the Master Page, push static content live, and enable preview mode.
That is it. Period. Everything is about how to use it, and nothing about how to get it. Where is the way, path, link, URL to the Paradise. How to open that Developer Panel/Developer Pane? Where is it? It suppose to be under Admin's Community Manager>Customize, but nothing there:
Edit Community Settings,Select Theme,Add/Remove Pages,Edit Navigation Links,Manage Categories,Manage Email Templates,Customize User Profiles(email),Get Developer Access(email),Manage Special User Profiles.
Where is the way to that secret section? Please help or check my site one more time do I really have an access?

Unveiled has it pretty much right, but here are a few clarifications:

1. This is a bug. Our developers are aware of it and are presently working on a fix.

3. Unveiled is pretty much spot on here - developer mode access will give you a lot of customization options. 1. That's a glitch, what exactly happens when you refresh it changes or from time to time it flashes from dark to...
2. Contact Flux at support@flux.com, you can have them moved to let's say the bottom for free, or I think they have it so you can remove them all together.
3. Custom works as in what? If you have developer access, you get preview mode, custom modules, allows you to completely customize or master page template through HTML/CSS, and a lot of other cool stuff. You can also contact Flux to change your domain to one you already bought from let's say GoDaddy or a host.
